Jayne’s five-month coaching program helps individuals to level up: From under-recognised team member to high-impact professional; from high-impact professional to manager; and from manager to leader.
The program is ideal for professionals who need to build profile, gain influence, manage difficult relationships, secure a promotion, shine in a new role or prepare for a major career shift.
It includes a psychometric profile assessment using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument™, four one-hour in-person coaching sessions, and three half-hour implementation check-ins by phone or video call. For professionals receiving coaching as part of a professional development package from their employee, an initial briefing with relevant manager and an end-of-program handover meeting with the manager and the coaching candidate are also provided.
