But the lifeblood depends on everyone along the way, and particularly managers, having the skill to communicate well – even when the subject matter is difficult, when there is disagreement or opposition, or when no one is interested in the message. Few of us have ever been taught how to communicate effectively in these circumstances. It is a skills deficit that causes problems for individuals, teams and organisations.

Game Changers is a training program that turns managers into leaders, by helping them understand how to communicate for impact.

It is a one-day workshop, or a set of three two-hour modules, with an optional coaching support module, for up to approximately 25 people.
